• Calculator inputs: not stored server-side unless you save or share your results. Saved scenarios are retained while your account is active and deleted upon request.
• Broker referral data: retained for up to 7 years to comply with Australian tax record-keeping obligations.
• Account data: retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
• Payment records: retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
• Analytics data: aggregated and non-identifying; retained according to the analytics provider's policies.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

1. access the personal information we hold about you;
2. request correction of inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, or misleading information;
3. request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

There is no fee for making a request, but we may charge a reasonable fee for providing access if the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party profiling tools. Our analytics solution (Plausible or PostHog) is privacy-preserving and does not use cookies or collect personal identifiers. It tracks aggregated page views, device types, and referral sources only.

If we use any essential cookies in the future (such as for authentication sessions), we will update this policy accordingly.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete it.
